Tagged: Baseball, Chicago, IllinoisPosted on: October 2nd, 2007“Two Hispanic chefs are using their flair for food to keep some of Chicago’s baseball players and their fans happy.
For 32 years, Roy Rivas , a native of Puerto Rico, has been preparing the food for the players, employees, media and financial supporters of the White Sox. He loves coming up with daily lunch and dinner menus in his U.S. Cellular kitchen –and he enjoys being the boss.
” I love it,” said Rivas. “Over here I feel like this is my place. I feel like home here.” “
