PODER Magazine Launches Miami Edition

Publishing announced today that PODER magazine will launch a Miami edition of its national brand this October. The launch will coincide with the magazine’s fifth anniversary in the U.S. market.

PODER’s editor-in-chief Isaac Lee pointed to Miami’s unique characteristics and marketplace as the reason for the launch of a local edition. “Miami’s vibrant culture and dynamic economy along with its undeniable political significance – both nationally and internationally – make Miami the city to watch now and into the future,” Lee said. “The diversity of people and businesses create an endless well of stories.”

PODER Miami will focus on business leaders and their strategies, finance, politics, culture and entertainment with a local angle. Cathleen Farrell, editor of the national edition, will also edit the local edition. “Miami is not only the gateway to the Americas anymore. It is a trendy city and international center for the arts, a meeting point for the business community and a pillar of the Hispanic elite in this country,” said PODER’s Publisher Nicolás Ibargüen.

PODER magazine is produced by Page One Media, in association with Publishing. The magazine also has editions in (PODER Y Negocios) and , published on a bi-weekly basis.
