“Mexico’s biggest construction and engineering company said Monday that it has signed an agreement to lay the base for Latin America’s largest building, an 84-story, 346-meter (1,135-foot) tower in Panama.

ICA said it had signed a US$25 million (€17.6 million) contract with Hogalia Panama Co. Inc., a subsidiary of the Spanish firm Grupo Mall. The building will house a five-star hotel and luxury apartments.”
