Mr. Bataan Nitollano, better known as the King of Latin Soul, Mr. JOE BATAAN, returns to L.A. one last time on October 21st, performing with one of California’s most recently recognized Chicano music groups de Aztlan, THE KOOL KATZ, at the world renown WHITTIER RADISSON HOTEL GRAND BALLROOM.
