But a group of state lawmakers along with Mayor Lou Barletta of Hazleton and — strangest of all — a sitting Pennsylvania Superior Court judge who participated in a news conference yesterday about an “alien invasion” quite honestly defy definition.
Some suggestions: clueless, a touch adolescent and clearly disregardful of the differences between state and federal jurisdictions.”
