“Fox Searchlight’s Sundance acquisition “La misma luna” (Under the Same Moon) by Patrica Riggen kicks off the 11th Los Angeles Latino Intl. Film Festival on Oct. 7 and closes with Antonio Banderas’ “El camino de los Ingleses” (Summer Rain) on Oct. 14.
At least two pics will have their world premieres at the fest: Ricardo Darin and Martin Hodara’s “La senal” (The Sign) and Adam Schlachter’s “The 7.”"
