“A new stamp will be added to the postal service’s Hispanic Heritage series. The stamp was unveiled by Miami Postmaster Jesus Galvez on Monday at Miami-Dade College.
Along with Galvez, Hispanic program specialist Jacinto Acebal presented the framed stamp enlargement to North Campus President Dr. José A. Vicente during a ceremony.”
