“Spanish speaking students can now study for the National Real Estate exam in their native language. Tape Ed Real Estate School/realestateschool.org has teamed up with Associate Broker, Eddie Quintero, to create a 3 hour test cram in Spanish that covers all major aspects of the National portion of the Real Estate Exam. The course is complete with final exam strategies, practice questions, and a free 487 word English/Spanish dictionary. The Spanish video cram can be viewed online at http://www.realestateschool.org.
A native of Venezuela, Eddie’s 16 years of experience as a real estate agent are evident as he walks the viewer through concepts such as land use and restrictions, property management, equal housing law, financing and more. “When a native Spanish speaker studies the terms in Spanish, understanding of the core concepts increases,” says Eddie.
“Our goal is to help agent and broker pre-license students nationwide pass the National exam. We are pleased to have partnered with Eddie to provide the Hispanic Community with a test prep course that mirrors our National English cram course,” says Don Gorman, owner of Tape Ed Real Estate School/realestateschool.org.
Our Spanish and English exam prep courses, with experts teaching core real estate concepts on video online have set a new standard for license exam preparation.
In 1983 Tape Ed Real Estate School was established as the first distance education school in Washington State. Our mission is to provide our students with quality real estate education at an affordable price. Our courses are available online, live or in textbook and audio format. Tape Ed/realestateschool.org provides the brokers and agents of Washington State, and will soon provide nationwide, a wide selection of required clock hour courses and exam prep classes.
