Feds: TNT Crust discriminated against Hispanics - Green Bay

“TNT Crust Corp. in Green Bay intentionally discriminated against Hispanic job applicants for entry-level laborer positions within the company, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.

An administrative law judge in Pittsburgh has ordered that TNT, a subsidiary of Tyson Foods, begin working with the Labor Department to fix the situation”
