Did You Know?The term “Hispanomics” was coined in the mid-1980s. It referred to the anticipated growth of the Hispanic population and the corresponding significance the Latino community would have on our local, state, regional and national economies. The author of the term was Feliz Galaviz, a remarkable man who has done a great deal for the Hispanic community through his work in higher education.
