For evidence, you can look at the 2-month-old Pollo Campero restaurant at 3696 Fredericksburg Road. A Guatemala-based fast-food chain, Pollo Campero features fried chicken with a side of fried plantain. The expanding chain recently chose Dallas for its U.S. headquarters.”
