“Argentina’s economy grew more than 8 percent for a fourth consecutive quarter on higher domestic consumption, construction and exports of agricultural commodities such as corn, wheat and soy.

Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of a country’s output of goods and services, expanded 8.7 percent in the second quarter from a year earlier, Argentina’s National Statistics Institute reported. Growth beat the 8.6 percent median estimate of 12 economists in a Bloomberg survey.”
