“Democratic presidential candidate Bill Richardson, on a fundraising tour through Texas Wednesday, said Sen. Barack Obama’s call to pull U.S. troops out of Iraq but leave a small number behind wasn’t enough.
Richardson said any troops left behind would “become targets.”
“Either we’re going to end this war or not,” he said.”
