“Plaintiffs in a lawsuit against top Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce leaders have agreed to drop the suit and join a new chamber board of directors.
The mediation settlement agreement, filed Wednesday in district court, seeks to put to rest confusion over who constitutes the legitimate board of the chamber, an issue that has caused the city of Waco to suspend funding to the group.”
