“A major union filed a lawsuit Wednesday to stop U.S. immigration officials from conducting what it says are illegal workplace raids that violate the rights of workers.

The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union claims agents unlawfully detained workers and violated their constitutional rights during December raids at six JBS Swift & Co. meatpacking plants.”
