“On September 26 at 6 p.m., Arapahoe Community College will present The Myth of the Hollywood Latino Stereotype, a free lecture that is open to the public. The talk will be presented by Alma Martinez, a motivational speaker on the national circuit who will infuse her presentation with personal and insightful perspectives garnered from 25-plus years in the entertainment business.
Martinez has co-starred in many movies and TV shows including Zoot Suit, Under Fire, Born in East L.A., Barbarosa, Nash Bridges, Seguin and Corridos: Tales of Passion and Revolution.”
