Dominican baseball talent gets most of Yankees’ Latin American budget

Carlos Rios, the Yankees’ director for International Development, said at least this year, the team has spent 4.6 million dollars to sign new players, who from now on will begin to compete within the organization to reach the Major Leagues.”
