“When in times of change, Brenda Santelises smiles at the fantastic opportunity of creating excitement and motivation for the thousands of business professionals scrambling for a fresh plan and innovative approach. She knows the need for evolution first hand and works through them like magic – even when change has come knocking unexpectedly.

For this reason, Brenda, a consultant, mentor and trainer who has traveled to over 20 countries in this capacity; opted for entrepreneurship to share her strategies, unlocking potential to those in need of diversified training and motivation through RED Key Internacional, LLC – the company she now owns.

Although Ms. Santelises offers her services to any corporate and service oriented entity, her specialty is International Real Estate and Cultural Business Impact, as she holds several business designations, including the very prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), as well as an International Business Bachelor’s Degree.

Because of her refreshing style, empowering attitude, and expansive knowledge, Brenda, a young Hispanic Windermere, Florida resident, was approached by the following three associations to speak and train at their respective national conferences in 2007:

Ӣ Market Street Mortgage РNational STAR Conference, Lake Buena Vista, FL РSeptember 2007

Ӣ National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP)РNational Hispanic Marketing Convention & Expo, Walt Disney World Resort, FL РSeptember 2007

”¢ National Association of Realtors® - The 2007 Realtors® Conference & Expo, Las Vegas, NV – November 2007

At the National STAR Conference, the topics included “Lending Business Protocol with Hispanic Clients”, “Generational Marketing Differences”, and “It’s Not About the Language”. At the NAHREP Conference, the keynote topic was “Marketing YOU! There’s No Off-peak in the Hispanic Market”; and at the Realtors® Conference, Brenda will expand on “Building Bridges to a Culturally Diverse Market”.

Ms. Santelises is also a published author, a community volunteer, and a Junior Achievement of Central Florida “Economics” facilitator.”
