Tagged: activist, Florida, populationPosted on: September 11th, 2007“A group of activists has their sights set on a Palmetto property to serve as the heart of the migrant Latino population there, offering a one-stop shop for those in need of anything from educational courses to immigration assistance to gang prevention.
A two-story educational center is their vision for the grassy land near the corner of 11th Street West and Third Avenue West, just north of U.S. 301.”
