“Latinos in Santa Cruz County are much more likely than whites to pay more for a home loan or to refinance a mortgage, mirroring a nationwide trend.

That’s the picture in a report released Tuesday by ACORN, a housing advocacy organization, which analyzed mortgage lending in 172 communities across the nation last year.”
