“The federal government is facing a lawsuit over increased application fees assessed against noncitizens seeking permanent residence or citizenship status.
Woodburn-based PCUN, Oregon’s largest Hispanic-farmworkers union, filed the case against the Department of Homeland Security on Tuesday in the Federal District Court of Oregon in Portland. PCUN is the Spanish acronym for Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United.”
