The doctor, who was born to Cuban refugees and moved to Iowa at age 3, opened the clinic three years ago to provide health care to the Latin-American community in the Des Moines area.
In that time, the clinic has grown to serve 2,000 Spanish-speaking patients. Angel hopes to add doctors as it continues to grow.”
