Protest Held Outside WLW-700 AM Offices Over Controversial Radio Ads – Cincinnati
Tagged: Cincinnati, Ohio, protest, radioPosted on: August 23rd, 2007“People opposed to a controversial radio spot took their concerns to the streets Tuesday.
WLW-700 AM first hit a nerve with the Tri-states Hispanic community when it put up billboards featuring a man in a sombrero with “The Big Juan” in big, bold letters.
Then earlier this month, the same station aired a commercial on how to speak Spanish to an illegal worker.”
