Royals Set “Viva Los Royals” Celebration
Tagged: Kansas, Kansas City, Missouri, TejanoPosted on: August 22nd, 2007“The Kansas City Royals together with the Guadalupe Center of Kansas City, executive producer LatinPointe and Sprint Wireless have announced they will host the inaugural “Viva Los Royals” celebration before the Royals-New York Yankees game on Friday, Sept. 7 at 7:10 p.m. As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, the event will feature a special pre-game concert by Grammy-nominated Tejano singer Jay Perez and international acting and singing sensation, Jose Jose Kansas City hometown favorite Las Estrellas will also perform, while comedian Alex Reymundo will emcee the festivities scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. inside Gate A at Kauffman Stadium.”
