“Mexicos top broadcaster Televisa said on Monday it has signed a deal to buy Argentine publisher Editorial Atlantida in a move that consolidates its leadership in the magazine industry in Latin America.
Financial terms were not disclosed but media reports earlier this year had put a $60 million tag on the acquisition. Company officials declined to comment further.”
