STRATUS ENTERTAINMENT INC. Purchases Assets of Latin Television Inc. from THE League Magazine

“TRATUS ENTERTAINMENT INC. OTCBB:SRTU has purchased all of the broadcasting and related assets of Latin Television, Inc. from THE League Magazine Inc.

In an Asset Purchase Agreement executed today, Stratus acquired 100% ownership of all of the broadcasting equipment and assets of THE League Magazine, Inc., and is poised to continue the Latin Television operations under its own banner.

Derek Jones, President of STRATUS ENTERTAINMENT INC., was quoted as saying, “The acquisition of the Latin Television assets presents an opportunity to enter into one the fastest growing segments of our current culture, with the rapidly expanding growth of the Hispanic community.

“The business model of the new core business has tremendous potential, in that I believe that we are in the right market at the right time.”

The change of direction of THE League Magazine away from its former model of broadcasting to the Hispanic market, into the sports publication space is our opportunity to move into a field with a few major players and a plethora of mid sized competition. The difference will be in management and financing, both of which, we are well endowed.
