County’s Hispanic bloc grows – Franklin County, Pennsylvania

Tagged: ,

“The Hispanic population in Franklin County is one of the fastest growing in the region, according to census data released Thursday.

The number of Hispanics in the county grew by 67 percent — or about 1,500 people — between 2000 and 2006, though the group still makes up only about 3 percent of the 139,991 total county population in 2006.”
