Tagged: UtahPosted on: July 27th, 2007“Two Utahns are among the 41 members of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s National Hispanic Steering Committee, the campaign announced Monday.
Marco Diaz and Joe Reyna are part of the committee charged with advising Romney on matters of importance to the Hispanic community and, of course, helping the former leader of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City court Hispanic votes.
The pair were “identified as leaders in their communities, Joe obviously in the business community and Marco for his efforts for the Republican party in Utah,” said Alex Burgos, director of speciality media for the Romney campaign.”
