Christina Leddin of The Amigo Center, an agency designed to help immigrant families, says its a common misconception that Hispanic is a race.
“Hispanic is not really a race, its an ethnicity,” said Leddin.
The US government doesn’t consider Hispanic a race either. Instead, its an ethnic origin.”
