Sur Corp launches channels on Comcast, Miami

“SUR Corporation announces the launch of two of its channels, SUR PerÚ and TV Venezuela, on Comcast in South Florida, as part of Spanish channel package CableLatino. Now, viewers who subscribe to Comcast can enjoy SUR PerÚ’s programs on channel 626 and TV Venezuela’s programs on channel 627. The official launch dates are July 17 for the Peruvian channel and July 31 for the Venezuelan channel.

SUR Corporation continues its growth, increasingly reaching more Hispanic homes and always broadcasting the best programs from each country of origin, without breaks or editing.

SUR PerÚ broadcasts Peruvian programs with the highest local ratings and original productions from the following networks: América TV, Frecuencia Latina, ATV, PAX Televisión, TV UNSA, UNITEL and RPP. Programs include América Noticias, Futbol en América, Magaly Te Ve and Así­ es la vida, among others.

TV Venezuela offers programming from the following channels: Globovisión, RCTV, Meridiano and some independent productions. Their programs include Noticias Globovisión, El Observador, Buenas Noches and Aló Ciudadano.
