U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce president calls for fairness in immigration laws

Visiting Charlotte for the first time Thursday, Michael Barrera, president and chief executive of the Washington, D.C.-based U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, said his group supports comprehensive immigration reform, including a guest-worker program.”
