The wide-eyed, 22-year-old manager of a cell phone store in the heart of Chicagos largest Latino community pores over a wall of cell phones, phone accessories and nearly 100 unrecognizable prepaid calling cards, then produces one of his customers favorite items.
“You want to know about Cuauhtemoc Blanco? Check this out,” Oceguera says, plucking one of the calling cards from the wall behind the counter. “Here he is right here.”"
