“Gov. Janet Napolitanos decision to sign what may be the toughest law in the country dealing with undocumented workers may have angered some Hispanic groups in Arizona. But the governor of Sonora said he is willing to give his Arizona counterpart the benefit of the doubt.

Eduardo Bours told Capitol Media Services he understands why Napolitano signed legislation that could put Arizona companies out of business for knowingly hiring people who are in the country illegally.”
