“Northeastern Wisconsin multicultural program officials said Green Bays recent ordinance to punish businesses that hire undocumented workers is the reason the mobile Mexican consulate will visit Appleton instead this year.

Typically, the Consulate General of Mexico in Chicago holds office hours twice a year in Green Bay for its citizens who need to obtain legal documents, such as a passport or the national identification card known in Spanish as the matricula consular.”
