“In response to the changing face of business in Marshalltown, local businesses and organizations focused on what it takes to recruit and retain Latino employees during a seminar Friday through Iowa Valley Continuing Education.
“We’re all human beings and employees,” said Diane Finnerty, co-director of the Raices Project, which is working to develop Hispanic leadership and poverty reduction in the community.”
