“Myrtle Beach has begun producing bike safety pamphlets in Russian, Spanish and English.
The pamphlet is available at the city’s Web site, as well as at Chapin Memorial Library. Some police officers will also carry the pamphlets and hand them out to riders, and some bike rental and repair stores have copies.”
