MEDirect board in turmoil – A boardroom battle has erupted at Pompano Beach’s MEDirect Latino, which accuses two former officers of using at least $200,000 in company money for their own benefit.

But MEDirect has been rocked by turmoil in the past few weeks. Its chairman, a former Medicare executive in the Bush administration, abruptly quit after just just two months on the job. MEDirects board canned two of the companys founders after getting an ultimatum from the investor group to appoint new management.”
