Hispanic forum honors its own - Bryan, Texas

“Hispanic business owners, high school students and community leaders will be honored Saturday as outstanding members of their community at the annual Hispanic Forum Scholarship Gala.

The Hispanic Forum will announce winners in four categories - Business of the Year, Person of the Year, Student of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award - at the ninth annual event, according to Forum President Joseph Rodriguez.

The local organization, which supports education and leadership in the Hispanic community, will award scholarships to nominated high school seniors from Bryan and A&M Consolidated High Schools during the ceremony, Rodriguez said.”
