“The FBI is inquiring whether the Riverside County District Attorneys Office violated the civil rights of a former senior investigator who has filed a federal lawsuit alleging racial discrimination and wrongful termination.
Luis Alfredo Bolaños, the former investigator, is also alleging the district attorneys office pressured his former partner, David McGowan, to alter his findings in an investigation of four Desert Hot Springs officers.”
