“A monthlong show begins Friday night, as artists from the far-flung world of Hispanic/Latino theater make their way to Miami for this years International Hispanic Theatre Festival.
Even Mario Ernesto Sánchez, the man who has kept the festival going and going and going for 22 years, can hardly believe that this annual multilingual celebration has endured for so long.
I know I have to worry, says the affable, passionate Sánchez. “Its not a film festival, where you rent a tin can and put it under your arm and thats that.”
