Norfolk officer aims to help Hispanic community- Virginia

Tagged: ,

“As the rush-hour crowd headed home on a recent Friday, Norfolk police officer Juvenal Valdez made another stop in an Ocean View neighborhood.

That’s when Valdez – the department’s new resource officer for the Hispanic community – stepped in.”
