Two banks, including a startup based in Garner, plan to open Wake County branches that cater to Hispanics in coming months.
They will face increasing competition from traditional banks that are racing to tap a booming market. Also, the nonprofit Latino Community Credit Union, which has offices in Raleigh and Durham, wants to add another Wake County branch.”
