“Central Florida’s fast-growing Hispanic population could be the key to the regions economic success, researchers and officials said Thursday at the 2007 Hispanic Summit.
In support of that theory, they said the economies of areas with fewer immigrants are not growing as fast as those with more immigrants.
An example of that in Central Florida would be Brevard and Volusia counties, economist Hank Fishkind said.”
