“A Hispanic employee at the Toys R Us store in Puyallup was subject to harassment and discrimination before he was fired, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The Hispanic sales associate, Gregorio Martinez, was the target of racist remarks and discrimination, according to the EEOC lawsuit filed in the Federal District Court of the Western District of Washington in Seattle.”
