“A judge in the case of the deadly home invasions that left six Mexican immigrants dead said Monday he would modify his gag order that also banned reporters from the pretrial hearing of one of the accused men.

Superior Court Judge Gary McCorvey did not give details, saying he would put them in writing rather than just state them from the bench. His gag order, issued from the bench June 1, also sealed the court transcripts until after trial, which is scheduled to start in August.”
