“A group founded a decade ago in Phoenix to help low-income and minority families get into homes of their own is now trying to help struggling Arizona families keep their homes.
Last Thursday, the National Council of La Raza Housing hosted a town hall in Phoenix called “With Foreclosures on the Rise, What Is the Fate of Homeownership?”
Foreclosures have climbed tenfold in the past year across metro Phoenix.”
