In perspective, a certain degree of their social isolation can be attributed to Latinos constant fear of “La Migra,” the nickname for immigration agents; even a staunch supporter such as Simon Librado, who ministers to an all Spanish-speaking Pentecostal congregation, says 90 percent of his community is here illegally.”
