“Rigo Chacon must have been a slam dunk for the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, which inducted the former South Bay television reporter into its hall of fame Saturday.

Chaco`n, who was inducted along with former Los Angeles Times reporter George Ramos and former NBC News producer Cecilia Alvear, accepted the honor at the groups 25th anniversary gala at San Joses Fairmont Hotel.”
