Tagged: ColoradoPosted on: June 21st, 2007“Mercantile Bancorp Inc., an operator of banks in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Florida, said Wednesday it agreed to invest in newly formed Solera National Bancorp Inc., which aims to serve Hispanic customers in the Denver area.
Mercantile agreed to acquire 105,030 shares at $10 per share, or a 4.4 percent stake, in the Lakewood, Colo.-based bank for just under $1.1 million.”
