“This month HYP Network’s VEGA Directorio en Espanol will finish the distribution of its first Baltimore edition for the Maryland area. The directory’s cover features a reproduction of the winning entry of the “Arte de America Hispana Contest” by the Argentinean artist Ma. Cecilia Alberti. This contest is held every year and promotes and celebrates the rich and diverse Hispanic culture that is an important part of the community in the Maryland area.”
